Roles and responsibilities
Position - Oracle Fusion HCM Functional
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 3 to 6yrs
Education - CA/B.Com/M.Com/MBA preferred
Primary Skill & Requirements
- Should have a total of atleast 5 years IT experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience on Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
- Should have worked on atleast one end to end implementation in HCM Cloud
- Ready to take-up challenging projects and role
- Ready to travel onsite for project assignments
Product Skills
- Should have hands on experience in atleast one module other than Core HCM. Experience of working in Payroll module is an added advantage.
- Experience in client facing and working with multiple stakeholders/onsite teams
- Ability to do requirement gathering and mapping of the requirements with the Cloud product
- Should have done end to end configuration of Core HCM Module
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing including integration testing
- Experience in user acceptance testing support and post Go live support activities
- Any experience on the technical side like data loading, fast formula's would be added advantage

- Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment including onsite offshore model
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Should be a team player
- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention
