Oracle CRM Functional Consultant @ Genetic Callnet

Desired Candidate Profile

1.Experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Production Support of Oracle Field service, Install base, Service contracts, Depot Repair, Spares management, Mobile field service and CRM foundation modules in Oracle R12.
2. Knowledge in Oracle TCA, Inventory, Order management and AR is a plus
3. Willing to work in rotational shifts to support APAC, EMEA and North America business operations
4. Collaborates with other GSDC and Global IT teams as needed to build quality into the design and support processes

Education:

UG:   B.Sc - Computers, Maths, B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical

PG:  MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers, Electrical Engineering, Maths, M.Tech - Computers, Electrical, MCA - Computers
