Job Description

VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.
VAM Systems is currently looking for Major Incident Manager for our (Abu Dhabi) UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Scope of work / Phase
Assessment of current Major Incident Process Understand & review existing documentations Development of process and documentation
Deliverables
Assessment Report with outlines on finalised deliverables & actions Project Plan (including internal resources requirement) pdated Major Incident Process document outlining principles and TEN own defined qualifications of MIRACI
Supporting workflow and SOP or taskcards for each defined activities, including :
Assignment of MI manager
Event Management (from Monitoring tool)
Mgmt of MI bridge
Engagement of technical teamCommunications (both technical and non-technical) including communication templates
Service restorations checklist
Incident Analysis Root Cause
Handover to Problem Management
Close out
Terms and conditions
Joining time frame: (15 - 30 days)
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
