Job Description


Administer continuous process implementation / customization / improvements in the Zoho implementation in Kumaran.
Single point of owner on the Org level Zoho implementation and the security of the data.
Develop metrics required at every level (Right from the project leader to Org level) and report those metrics on the desired frequency to respective level (as part of the Zoho, if possible). Review, recommend and drive other integrated products if required to achieve org level strategy.
Drive Data access and security at org level in joint consultation with CISO and CDO:
Review roles, accesses and responsibilities defined in the system are appropriate from time to time.
Ensure protection of all PII that are accessible only on need basis and only after appropriate approvals in place.
Continue to improve Zoho implementation until Zoho becomes single point of truth in the entire organization.
Ensure complete Zoho Adoption in the organization by every employee in the organization.

Skill Sets Requirement
A minimum of 5+ yrs of experience as a Senior Project Manager having strong knowledge on the project management metrics, LEAN principles, data driven approach and innovative with passion to automate for future with overall 15+ yrs of experience IT / ITES.
Must have hands-on experience in either implementation or administration of process, system, tool in the HRMS/Time sheet management at org level or division level.
Good experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, vendor coordination, presentation skills and experience of influencing at all levels.
Experience in handling organization level PMO activities will be given preference.
Zoho HRMS/Performance Management System implementation experience is preferred.
Experience in HR strategy implementation across the organization is preferred.
A good understanding of emerging technologies or products relevant for IT services / product-based organization (AI, Analytics, ServiceDesk, HRMS products, etc.)
