Position Description:
PEGA RPA/DPA Developer for multi DPA/RPA Migrations
Skills Required:
Expertise in PEGA Robotic Automation tools Experience in developing / designing business processes and identifying automation and assess automation feasibility and the ability to translate automation-specific design and solution documents (SDD) Experience of supporting and maintaining BOTS/Automatons in production environments.
Experience Preferred:
Previous experience of call-centre automation Previous experience of single-log on or /Start my Day automatons. This is a multi-region role (AP, UK, EU, US), therefore excellent communication skills are require and fluent English.
