Role and Responsibilities:- Managing Global RTM as per partner/ client needs. Understanding of Contact Center business/setup, WFM terminologies. Should have sound written and verbal communication skills with proper Grammar and Sentence Construction in English. Should have 3-4 yrs of experience working in the Contact Center industry with sound knowledge of RTM and Scheduling concepts. Ability to identify complex repeated manual operations and simulate them to automated processes. Proficient in MS Office Tools especially Excel. Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Excel Macros/ VBA will be an added advantage to the profile
