Job Description

Solutions Architect
1) Experienced in defining and implementing technology roadmap for enterprise ecosystems which produces high performant and reliable platform for industry leaders
2) Extensive experience with enterprise architecture best practices and goals
3) Ability to define and decide framework and solutions which would be adopted across multiple client systems
4) Package the Enterprise solution for OOOTB solutions for other/future go-to market and create the asset
5) Develop himself as an influential counterpart to customer architect/decision makers
6) Providing Offshore technical team with tactical resolutions to critical challenges/issues
7) Experienced in preparing proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of IT systems
8) Hiring and training responsibilities to team members
9) Excellent leadership and communication skills which builds collaboration with ELT; clients and team; enabling the candidate to confidently evangelize HPSs technical vision and gain followership; externally and internally
10) JEE expert in architecting; designing & implementing enterprise systems in Java; J2EE; Spring MVC/Spring boot; Microservice; Active MQ/Apache Kafka; JBOSS; Camel; Docker; AWS/GCP/Azure
