Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure to reduce time and resource.
Planning the team activities and involvement in project management activities.
Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation.
Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the projects.
Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the code bugs.
Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage.
Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible.
Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
Incidence management and root cause analysis.
Coordination and communication within the team and with customers.
Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools along with infrastructure.
Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline).
Mentoring and guiding the team members.
Provide Level 1/2 technical support.
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.
Perform root cause analysis for production errors, investigate and resolve technical issues.
Develops and maintains mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems.
Use open-source technologies and tools to accomplish specific use cases encountered within the project.
Uses coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem with a custom workflow.
Collaborates with others on the project to brainstorm about the best way to tackle a complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem.
Performs incremental testing actions on code, processes, and deployments to identify ways to streamline execution and minimize errors encountered.

Education:

BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Computer Science or related disciplines.
BCA/MCA.
Relevant Certification is a definite plus
Primary/Mandatory Skills:

Awareness of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles
Experience working on Cloud Architecture like Azure, AWS with Windows, Linux based infrastructure.
Experience with infrastructure scripting solutions such as PowerShell or Python.
Excellent understanding of languages/tools like of Java, Perl, GITHUB, GITLAB, Jira and Jenkins.
Configuration and working knowledge of databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL etc.
Excellent troubleshooting, strong problem-solving and good attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
Understand programming well enough and to learn new technologies and languages.
Coding and unit testing (Test Driven Development/Unit testing) and providing the quality output and On-time delivery.
Code refactoring and peer code reviews.
Well versed in current software development practices and tools.
Knowledge in Azure DevOps is an added advantage.
