Job Description
Teleperformance is urgently looking for Database Programmers with 3-4 yrs of exp in Gurgaon.PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for handling day-to-day requirements of backend development team.

PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Database design for new application and give support for existing application database.
- Modifying or enhancing or fixing issues in existing ETL or reports.
- Need to handle simple, medium and complex TSQL queries.
- Experienced in SSRS, SSIS and TSQL.
- Hands on Power BI Dashboard reporting. Should have implementation experience.
- Manage or create database procedures/functions, Jobs or any objects in database.
- Troubleshoot, fix and track reporting issues.
- Very good experience in Backend Jobs, Report Automation, Metric & Data Analysis.
- Resource should take complete ownership on the process and should be a committed resource.
- Ensure all Teleperformance policies and procedures are adhered to, including but not limited to: Security, HR, Operations, etc. Any infractions of any of these corporate policies and procedures are communicated to the proper Teleperformance Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Self-starter and able to complete tasks with little or no supervision
- Detailed orientated with strong organizational skills
- 4+ years of programming experience in TSQL, SSRS, SSIS facing client interaction and requirement gathering process.
- At least 6 to 12 months real time Power BI experience.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high energy, change-oriented environment
- Flexible to accommodate after hours task when needed
HIGHLY DESIRED:
- Experience with TSQL, SSRS, SSIS
- Good communication skills
- Very good programming experience preferable with multinational clients.
- Should be in a situation to work under high pressure environment.
- He/She should be really smart enough to do multi-tasking.
- Passionate enough to learn and contribute based on work time zone which is a key.
