Job Description
- Passionate about recruitment
- Thorough understanding of the entire lifecycle of the Recruitment process, with proven working knowledge in client correspondence and business processing
- Find innovative channels for sourcing
- Build a strong, dynamic, and competent recruitment team by foreseeing demand pipelines & Managing Existing Mandate
- The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team, this will include the ownership and facilitation of all recruitment activity
- Internet resume mining
- Familiar with professional social networking sites & various HR groups
- Must have a thorough understanding of the roles and responsibilities of various job positions.
- Ability to speak to Top management people with confidence
- A collaborative approach to building professional relationships and working within a team to contribute to the team vision
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service delivery when working under pressure
- Managing a team effectively, encouraging focus on delivery and results
- Proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including best practice approaches in line with current industry benchmark
- To provide superior service and develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders
- Understand objectives and design a recruitment strategy that supports our Clients objective
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation)
