JOB SUMMARY (Brief about the existence of the position)
Incumbent should be a Graduate in Engineering with or without experience of working in small or medium or large projects sites preferably for sales Operations and after sales support for planning (technical), coordination and execution of their internal operations.
Should be able to communicate well and deal with customer / stake holder, with a willingness to handle coordination & support for major construction projects.
Incumbent must be able to develop documentation & follow process & maintain controls, monitor and Plan various activities within stipulated timelines.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Primary duties):
Incumbent must be able to prepare & plan schedule with clear timelines for smooth transition of sales operations at various sites allocated and its progress from time to time.
Incumbent must be willing to travel to project sites and meet various stake holders like, customers/ PMC/ Architects, frequently to identify gaps and ensure required support from respective stakeholders for closure of execution gaps of project activities at site.
Incumbents responsibility entails to Co-ordinate with sales & service teams at branches / regional offices allocated or assigned, regular client interactions, for smooth transition of work without any hassles.
Incumbents overall responsibility to ensure adherence to requisite documentation ranging from planning in MS Excel, MS project / Primevera, entries in SAP / software, MIS report publishing etc. on time and as per schedule to internal stake holders and customers.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES ( Key skills requires):
Knowledge of AutoCAD would be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and get the desired results at his domain
Proficiency in MS office i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Any knowledge on MS project / Primavera will be added advantage.
