for the Position of : HR Recruiter Sourcing
Job Title/Designation:
HR Recruiter Sourcing (US Shift)
Eligibility:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in HR Recruiting Sourcing profiles Non IT
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work from office in a rotational shift
- Any Graduation
- ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
PLEASE NOTE:
*This position will be Work from Office
Work Location:
Bangalore
Expected:
- Days and hours of work: 5 days, 9 hour US shift within the given working
window.
- Working window- 6:30 am - 6:30 pm
- Age Criteria:Below 35 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Detailed JD
Non IT recruiters. who will be hiring for logistics warehouse and drivers and their supervisors
o 2-6 years experience in Recruitment & Recruitment Admin, Interview scheduling, Offer letter creation. Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers and interviewing candidates. Should have done US / Canada based recruitment.
o Experience in managing requisitions, Conduct Sourcing, screening of profile, Intake discussion with hiring managers
o Good oral and written communication skills. Should be able to converse with the candidates and explain the job roles to the candidates.
Excellent customer service skills
Salary Package is as follows:
1.5 yrs to 5 yrs EXP- 30K upto 35K CTC
