Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:Research white papers, reference materials; design and develop curriculum as per the project requirement
To guide content developers to design, develop and implement the curriculum
To create curriculum, activities, assessments, gamification of the learning concepts
Maintain quantifiable parameters to justify the work presented
To provide problem-solving strategies and study skill techniques
Curriculum and content development for K12 sector
Coordinate with various departments to ensure the output of e learning product
Monitor the process, provide feasible solutions and ensure enhanced quality of the output from tasks to tasks and project to project.
SME is expected to provide Solutions/Answers for Subject Specific Problems/Questions given to them
The solutions should be broken down into small, well-illustrated, and simple steps for a better understanding of the students. Solving problems in adherence to the given guidelines and compliance with strict quality measures would be paramount the expert would be expected to adhere to the predefined timeline.
The SME functions as the organizational representative for their knowledge area, and apply their expertise to support the vision and strategic direction of the organization.
Research existing technologies and methodologies used in e learning industry and adapt to them
Candidate must be aware of Plagiarism.
Ensuring strict adherence to the existing process and looking for ways of improving it. Content must be 100% error free.
Desired skills and Experience
Any Graduate with relevant 2+ yrs of experience in K 12 academics or e learning industry
Should have fair knowledge on the K 12 Curriculum, Training Methodologies, Assessment Methods
Experience in e-learning industry will be considered as an added advantage
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication in English
Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently.
Proficient computer skills and use of technology
