Job Description
Job descriptionWere looking to add to our talent pool a Subject Matter Expert. The role reports to Senior Process Manager Campaign Management and will be a key influencer of our digital identity.
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
The ideal experience map
Exposure of creating solutions based on campaign requirements
In-depth knowledge of relevant integrations and automations for complex builds
Exposure to create emails and campaigns using Engagement Studio
Ability to build lead scoring models for correct sales targeting
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Media queries will assist in custom coding.
Should have indepth knowledge of Forms and Form Handlers
Should have experience in building social campaigns as well
Pardot Process Manager Roles and Responsibilities:
Build emails using existing templates or right from scratch
Custom coding (when required)
Dynamic block coding
Responsive build
Forms and handlers; suppression of BOT leads
List management Simple as well as dynamic lists
Basic knowledge of SFDC CRM will be an additional advantage for this candidate
Ability to understand customer problem statements and recommend campaigns to solve the same
Campaign monitoring for lift This may also require fine tuning of the segmentation lists to improve campaign performance
Additional knowledge of GA UTM (or similar) for tagging will be an advantage
Pardot health and connector sync error handelling
Ability to connect Pardot to additional tools using native connectors
API coding knowledge to connect to other third party tools will be an added advantage
Ability to build monitoring systems to understand irregular list inflation, Pardot mailable list limits, etc will also be an added advantage
Technical and Functional Skills:
Bachelors degree with 0 to 2 years experience in Pardot
Minimum experience of responsive HTML, CSS & JavaScript coding experience
Ability to work in any shifts
Passion for maintaining customer data clean at all times
Ability to research for new features being added to Pardot and implementing the same
SALARY UPTO 10LAKH PER ANNUM +OTHER ALLOWANCES
