Job Description
Advent is a systems, solutions , product and services company with approximately 1500+ people serving customers and creating opportunities across the globe.
We are looking to hire Non- Technical Recruiter to Work from Home, who have at least 2+ years of experience as a NON IT Recruiter for US Staffing.
Ideal candidate should have good experience working with Direct / W2 Clients
Mandatory Skills:
Must have strong 3+ year of end-to-end US NON- IT recruitment staffing experience is required.
Must have experience of recruiting Senior Technical roles e.g. Architects, Tech Leads, etc
Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
Must have good understanding and experience on W2 - end 2 end US NON- IT recruitment.
Excellent English verbal / written communication .
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (Monster, DICE, LinkedIn,etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities
Work alongside our Client Account Manager to understand new requirements
Proactively develop Job Specs for various roles and post out to various job boards
Actively target suitable candidates on various Positions
