  • Supervises Sales - Mgrs, RTM function, Marketing Managers, Finance Mgrs. Logistics Mgr,

Job Objectives (Purpose of the Job)

  • To achieve Volume objectives, Market share objectives, Quality objectives & PBT objectives.
  • To manage the Internal & External Environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Volumes & Market Share - To achieve CSD & NCSD Volumes and Market share targets. Focus Brand/Pack Volume, Focus Brand/Pack Contribution, Focus Brand/Pack Market share targets.
  2. Financials - To achieve the Targeted Gross Revenue & PBT and maintain the Targeted Savings/Expenditure under Cost Heads.
  3. Plant Operations & Quality - To manage the Plant Operations, PRS targets, Yields, Usages Quality measures targets.
  4. People Management To achieve Labor Productivity targets and manage Capability Building, Incentive Plan, and Employee Communication Plan & Performance Management.
  5. Environment Management To manage relationship with Government officials. To ensure statutory Compliance and Community Development.
  6. Framing of Policies & alignment of Policies on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly basis.

Critical Challenges :

  • To manage the Organization in a high growth environment and retain control despite poor back end controls.

Key Customers :

  • Internal - Regional Office
  • External - Distributors, Local Government Authorities, Vendors, Local Community.

Travel Requirements :

  • About 10-15 days in a month (As per Business requirement).
