We are hiring Product Experts who will own end to end development of Next-gen Enterprise Security Solutions.Job Description Role: Technical Development ManagerJoining Location : PuneManagement Skills:
 Around 10+ years of Experience with minimum 2 to 3  years in managing team of around 8 to 10 engineers.
 Must have experience on Product Development.
 Successful execution of at-least 1 release as manager in last 2 to 3 years
 Strong focus on Quality of the software. Must be adept with and must drive the quality gates like code reviews, code coverage, unit tests, etc.
  Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner.
  Experience in handling scrum, working with/managing Agile teams
  Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother executionTechnical Skills
 Key Skills: C/C++, Win32 Programming, Multithreading, Socket Programming COM, MFC, .NET, Win32 SDK, Windows Internals.
 Should be Aware of windows system internals, memory management, services, File handling, Registry etc.
