Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordination with the Sales Team for order execution and payment collection.
Sales MIS preparation and report to management
Dashboard, sales teams growth report, all sales report MTD, QTY, YTD wise.
Monthly reports for RSM on Branch/Vertical/Sales team Performance.
Evaluate monthly and quarterly Scheme performance of dealers, Sales Team.
Documentation of New Dealership opening process.
Co-ordinating with Sales Team for Monthly Sales & collection plan.
Follow up with the sales team for payments towards OD >60 Days
Assist complaints and other queries in coordination with the respective departments.
Helping to resolve the sales operational issues for the sales team
Over and above any additional responsibility mutually decided by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-9 years experience

SAP Knowledge is mandatory

Hands-on Experience in MIS and Sales Coordination

Good knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel

The candidate is preferred only from Kolkata
