Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordination with the Sales Team for order execution and payment collection.
- Sales MIS preparation and report to management
- Dashboard, sales teams growth report, all sales report MTD, QTY, YTD wise.
- Monthly reports for RSM on Branch/Vertical/Sales team Performance.
- Evaluate monthly and quarterly Scheme performance of dealers, Sales Team.
- Documentation of New Dealership opening process.
- Co-ordinating with Sales Team for Monthly Sales & collection plan.
- Follow up with the sales team for payments towards OD >60 Days
- Assist complaints and other queries in coordination with the respective departments.
- Helping to resolve the sales operational issues for the sales team
- Over and above any additional responsibility mutually decided by the management.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-9 years experience
SAP Knowledge is mandatory
Hands-on Experience in MIS and Sales Coordination
Good knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
The candidate is preferred only from Kolkata
