HR Manager Peapully 60 KM after Kurnool - Andhra Pradesh

PROTECTOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PVT LTD

PROTECTOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PVT LTD is retained by their prestigious client PRIYA CEMENTS. Looking for young and dynamic HR MANAGER to manage the entire contract labour management and statutory management in accordance with the client requirements.

Well versed with all Labour Law Legislations

Hands on experience in dealing with Unorganized Labour and Unions

Preparation of shift schedules

Monitoring of workforce in each shift

Productivity per each shift achievement

Through knowledge in Disciplinary Proceedings

Implementation of all Statutory Compliances

Negotiation skills with workmen

Recruitment of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workmen

Motivation skills

Time office Management

Shift Management

Payroll Management

Liaison with all statutory authorities like PF, ESI, etc.

Fluency in Telugu Hindi is a must

Local candidates will be preferred.

Computer Savvy

Hands on experience in leading manpower outsourcing organizations with Recruitment, Selection and Statutory Compliances with minimum manpower of 500 or more

3-7 years
