Job Description

The role requires 5-6 years IT experience and high end L2 profile.

This is a L2 role to perform the technical design for the large complex projects and to provide high end L2 technical support for the BU operations Strong working knowledge and experience on Microsoft Windows 2003, 2008 & 2012

Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Working knowledge on Microsoft Clusters and NLB Good Knowledge on Hyper-V 2008 & 2012 Working knowledge on Patch Mgmt tool like SCCM, WSUS & SMS Working knowledge in hardware troubleshooting

Working Knowledge in Operating system installation & troubleshooting Good Knowledge in Active Directory, Group Policy and Replication Good Knowledge in DHCP, DNS & DFSR Preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & Major Incident Report (MIR) for the major failures Maintain Risk register for Operating system

Knowledge on Antivirus management for OS Knowledge on ITIL process Certifications: - MCSE
