Making Offer letter, Appointment letter, Appraisal letter.

Design overall policies, KRA's & KPI's.

Handling the PF and ESIC benefits of the employees in the guidance of PF & ESIC Consultant.

Conducting Training for employees skills development.

Performance Management System

Career Planning & Succession Planning

Staff Discipline.

Time office & Payroll management.

Employee life-cycle management.

General Administration.

HRMIS software implementation.
