Location: Noida 62
Roles and Responsibilities (Manager-IT)
Manager-IT
- Lead the process of implementation and support the team in guiding the end users in order to mitigate risks and manage the process of change
- Ensure strong and regular engagement with different stakeholders at national, state and district levels
- Structuring of organizational core IT processes. Project management and quality assurance
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
- Hands on experience on cloud servers like NIC, AWS, Azure.
- Knowledge of Linux and windows servers and their architecture.
- Knowledge of Jasper reports server.
- Knowledge of BI tools platforms like SQL server BI tools.
- Knowledge of Apache web server, tomcat server, apache camel
- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Preserve assets, information security and control structures
- Coordinating with programmers, and with other experts.
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelors in Technology (Computer Science/IT/ Electronics & Communication)/ Bachelors in Engineering (Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication) or Masters in Computer Applications
- Experience in complete IT solution management including systems designs architecture, database management, programming, systems administration and web services.
- Well versed with use of various Project management tools especially those used in product development and familiarity with Cloud hosting solutions like NIC.
- Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) and communication skills
- ability to Lead a project team, self-motivate, and ready to implement new initiatives
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data management and data Demonstrated ability in system documentation and security audit.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- Knowledge of Software like PHP, JAVA, Mobile App background, Microsoft ASP.NET & MS SQL Server Background.
