Hello All,


UNICEFis looking for dynamic and confident. candidates with excellent communication skills for our donor relationship team in donor retention process in New Delhi .

You will be responsible for:

  • Positively engaging with the donors and motivating them to support UNICEF by continuing to donate on a long-term monthly basis.
  • Raising awareness of UNICEFs work with children around the world and our advocacy and programme work around India.
  • Managing inbound calls from donors through the toll-free donor helpdesk number, thereby resolving their queries.
  • Convincing the donors to continue their support for UNICEF through a robust savings process and reduce cancellations.
  • Undertake fix calls to donors whose donations could not be processed due to donor related issues such as insufficient funds or account related issues such as account closures, etc.
  • Calling donors proactively to ensure their long-term support.
  • Managing inbound e-mail queries & provide solutions to donors adhering to set timelines.
  • Engaging with existing donors for various calls to gain donor insights leading to improved donor engagement:
  • Undertake welcome calls to welcome and verify the details of new donors who have signed up for a monthly donation to UNICEF;
  • Undertake thank you calls to donors as advised and strategized by UNICEF India;
  • Undertake survey calls for existing donors to understand their satisfaction with the onboarding/ stewardship process; commitment to continue giving and their motivation regarding monthly- giving to UNICEF India;
  • Undertake bounce mail call upon receiving retuned postal mails (DM), to fix donor addresses;
  • Any agreed calls with UNICEF.
  • Properly registering their requests in CRM and ensuring correct dispositions, while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of donor database by updating donor information correctly on the CRM.
  • Meeting donor retention targets which will include preventing cancellations as well as proactive engagement with donors to ensure donor delight.

Education:


Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma.


Experience:

  • We are looking for candidates preferably with tele calling and customer service experience in the NGOs/non-profits, banks, insurance, credit cards, hospitality & e-commerce companies.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply if you are interested to build a career in donor servicing or customer relationship management.
  • We are recruiting for various profiles & candidates will be placed in their respective roles basis their skill and experience.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory, knowledge of any local language, especially Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam will be considered as an asset.
