Job Description
- Defining the growth plan of the organization working closely with the senior leadership team and defining metrics to track performance
- Owning and strategizing the entire lifecycle marketing of CoinDCX users (Retention, Referral, and Revenue) beyond the first purchase
- Building a growth hacking culture for the entire organization and driving rigorous experimentation to drive growth across AARRR
- Owning and optimizing the revenue funnel of the business working closely with the business stakeholders
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of reactivation, retention, and engagement campaigns to reduce churn and maximize lifetime value
- Owning the virality coefficient of the product and working closely with relevant stakeholders to drive growth via referral and other viral loops
- Taking a data-driven approach and working closely with the marketing head to plan a go-to-market strategy for all products
- Working closely with the marketing head and channels owners to optimize current acquisition efforts and find new avenues to acquire users
- Taking ownership of driving product-led growth in the organization while working closely with the product and marketing teams
- Delivering results by setting goals, monitoring KPIs, and leading your team to superior performance
Job requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in growing products in India preferably in the Fintech Space
- A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of the product, marketing, and growth analytics.
- A hustler who is creative and comes with an experimental mindset
- Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action
- Experience building & leading high-performing, high-creativity teams
- A self-starter with the ability to function independently
