Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic Solution Engineer to be responsible for building applications on FarEye platform. This includes understanding of logistic process, designing and building process on FarEye, writing scripts for automation and intelligence, testing and implementation of the application for customers across the globe.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The candidates should have exceptional organizational, presentations & communication skills - both verbal & written.
- Ability to design/write/communicate technical specifications, perform reviews, understand integrations strategies,
- Basic Programming knowledge (Javascript is an added advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex and large-scale problems
- Detailed oriented with an ability to ask why.
- Take ownership of work and should be a self-starter.
- Prior experience of working on the SAAS platform is an added advantage.
- Prior experience of working in the logistics domain is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and excel in high-stress situations
- Must be comfortable working in high growth environment where priorities shift fast
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex and large-scale problems .
- Hands on technical configuration of the business process management platform along with minor scripting and database query
Desired Candidate Profile
B Tech or higher in Computer Science/IT/Electronics & Communication
Experience & Knowledge
- Past experience with a background in programming (Preferably Javascript, java, Sql) and managing semi complex systems.
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Excellent Communication Skills with customer handling experience
- Code and process review as well as best practices
- Experience in executing enterprise level application solution and deployment
- Mentorship to new team members
