Roles and Responsibilities

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strongly from Automation background.
• Should have good knowledge of respective industrial areas.
• Need to visit companies and generate leads.
• Research organizations to find new customers and identify who makes the decisions.
• Contacting potential clients via email or Cold Call to establish report and set up meetings
• work with buyers to plan proposals and negotiate the best pricing
• Handle the inquires online and offline
• Negotiate with customers and build positive relationships
• Responsible for End to End sales right from lead generation till the closure of the deal.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Handling the customer complaints and maintain a profitable relationship with them
• Collaborating with internal and external cross-functional teams from IT and product development to marketing to produce effective promotional materials.
• Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Identify new methods and opportunities for sales campaigns
• Forecast sales targets and make sure they're met
• Deliver training to business developers and junior sales teams
