Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan the Banquet venue layout and staffing according to the number of guests and the type of event.
- Manage & lead the food & beverage team
- Prepare forecast & actual budget function sheets
- Completion of function sheets in accurate & timely manner
- Achieve maximum profitability & overall success by controlling costs & quality of service
- Banquets Booking & detailing
- Must be able to train the team & explain them about their job roles/responsibilities, take briefings and overlook the duty roaster of team
- Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales & manpower costs
- Control of Banquet cutlery, glassware, linen & equipment
- Supervise the placement of tables, chairs, cutlery, plates, glasses, table linens, props, etc.
- Consult with the Chef regarding the timing of meal courses to be served.
- Oversee the seating of guests, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.
- Responsible for checking the vendors bills
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be from Indore or must have worked in Indore
- Must have worked for huge banqueting
- Must be strong in Guest Relations
- Strong Communication
- Teamwork Oriented
- Relevant experience required
