Job Description
The Team
We have a unique team focused on solutioning across different business verticals of logistics industry. Our team works across areas of the app, have a broad range of experience, and technical challenges. As a compact team, we are able to have a significant impact on the product, the team, and our customers.
The Application
Our applications revolve around the Core ERP system as the data source. We have modules related to areas of Warehousing and Distribution: CRM, WMS, Finance & Accounts, Core Operations, TMS and with many more in pipeline. CRM and WMS have a fresh designed mobile application to empower the frontline workers viz. the sales team and warehouse staff to capture data at source resulting in reduced dependency on back-office staff and ensuring real-time visibility.
The Job
This position requires a passion to be able to identify the underlying objective and drive solutions
Position IT Business Analyst
You should have:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Detail-oriented approach and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
Knowledge of standard tools for documentation / process flows
MS Excel based data analysis capabilities, experience in MIS / BI tools will be an added advantage
Certifications related to Business Analyst, Domain specific certifications will be an added advantage
Skills Required - BRD, FRD, SRD, Agile, SDLC Process Etc.
Ideally, you'll:
Understand the underlying need / high level requirement of the customer
Showcase / demo the product features readily available
Understand detailed requirement from user revolving around the solution available
Identify gaps between current solution vs user's detailed requirement
Understand and clearly state the objective of the new requirement (gap)
Create gap-fit analysis document (BRD)
Explain BRD to respective SME
Validate the solution designed and shared as per BRD
Create user manual / training documents
Be responsible for training and UAT with end users
Be responsible for system configuration based on solution designed and shared
Own Hyper-care Support for projects post Go-Live
