Job Description

Exp: 1-3 years;
As a YouTube Channel Manager-You will be responsible for the company's YouTube channels from end-to-end.-Taking responsibility for the YouTube channels and their day-to-day operations with 200k+ subscribers and millions of views.-Devise and implement content strategy, video optimization, subscriber growth, and viewership growth for the company's existing and newly created YouTube channels.- Researching what content is performing well on YouTube and other platforms to strategize on the content requirement.- Developing data-driven recommendations, organizing and analyzing data to form actionable plans, and create KPIs.- Auditing existing channels to uncover short and long-term recommendations to improve audience engagement and growth metrics.- Working on optimizing channel and video content via Titles, tags, descriptions, playlist, thumbnails, homepage, etc.- Developing creative and effective engagement strategies with the subscriber base for continuous engagement on videos and community engagement.
What you need to know/have- Experience in content marketing and YouTube growth. Experience using SEO/SMM Tools like YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, VidIQ, Tube buddy, etc.- In-depth understanding of audience retention metrics (e.g., Average view duration vs. % completion, watch time)- Ability to keep up with the ever-changing YouTube eco-system and new features.- Good team management skills.
You need to find out trending topics and need to research new ways of content for user engagements.
If your speaker and bring your face on channel would be an added advantage.
