Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst , you will play an integral role in an early stage , entrepreneurial internal digital product team. This role will leverage strong collaborative decision - making , comprehensive problem solving and substantial stakeholder management skills to deliver exceptional business requirements definitions , as well as deliver sound business value judgments and trade - off assessments.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The role encompasses full - cycle Business Analysis and product management support
In collaboration with the Product Manager and other product team members , you will be an impactful , quality - focused member of the business analysis and requirements function , a critical part of a user - centered product team
You are adept at facilitating requirements discovery sessions through various techniques like workshops , interviews , guided brainstorming , etc. , to understand the business context , user intent , solution objectives , and expected impact
You are adept at interfacing and collaborating with development teams on feasibility , scoping , and effort analysis
You will be responsible to analyze and breakdown the problem statement(s) , discover requirements , critical reasoning and creative thinking to constructively address business challenges and proposed solution(s)
You are able to define and develop quantitative KPIs that will enable tracking the effective user adoption and outcomes of features , functions , and capabilities , including where necessary established current quantitative metric baselines
You need to be able to effectively plan at a granular level , identify key objectives and milestones at a sufficient level of ambiguity , with available resources
You will be a valued thought partner to the product team to collaboratively discover and propose relevant solution objectives and requirements
You have a strong affinity for , and understanding of user - centered design principles and techniques , and at times may work with user experience experts to directly develop wireframes and other user provocation tools to facilitate user journey and user requirement gathering
You should be proficient with the identification , mitigation , tracking and escalation of people related risks , and project related risks
You are analytical. You bring qualitative and quantitative information to understand , structure and present complex problems
You should be comfortable connecting & engaging with people across cultures , backgrounds , and geographies within BCG for promoting the goals of the Digital Knowledge Group
Ability to deliver effective & engaging presentations , with conformity to language , tone based on prescribed guidelines
Ability to build & sustain relationships with key stakeholders in BCG is key

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology , and / or demonstrated related experience in appropriate fields required
MBA , Masters in technology , or other relevant advanced education preferred
A minimum of 5+ years in complex Business Analysis roles with increasing levels of responsibility
Knowledge of , and experience driving , Agile / Scrum product development processes , methods , and ceremonies
Demonstrated experience in business analysis roles , strongly prefer experience in BA roles related to SaaS digital product development
Experience with knowledge management platforms , products , and projects a plus
Experience with machine learning / artificial intelligence and analytics projects a plus
Experience working with user - centered design methods and user experience research a plus
Established as an impactful team contributor , with strong collaborative problem - solving capabilities
Demonstrated ability to lead and implement change , create a collaborative environment (e.g. , team development , incentive structure) and work in a complex matrix organization
Understanding of key knowledge management and collaboration technologies preferred
Experience in professional services or other highly matrixed organizations preferred,
