Responsibilities:

• Monitoraffiliateactivity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increaseaffiliate-generated revenues
• Negotiate commercial deals and onboard newaffiliates
• Regular monitoring & analysis of the campaign performance at anAffiliatenetwork / publisher level
• Build and scale business throughaffiliates(affiliatenetworks, direct publishers etc.)
• Find new top levelaffiliateswith high levels of relevant traffic and stimulate relationships with existingaffiliates
• Monthly validation and pay-out management
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increaseaffiliategenerated revenues
• Communicate withaffiliateson a regular basis via email and meeting for exclusive offers and design special campaigns for maximizing results
• Monitor changes of terms commissions offers and updates fromaffiliatenetworks and partners
• Analyzeaffiliateperformance and develop key metrics and report back to senior management on performance
• Develop strong relationships with top affiliates in all online markets for better placements and visibility of the brand. Monitor affiliate activity, direct publisher and online mobile traffic from unique quality sources and analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and maximize campaign performance
• Implement strategy for on boarding affiliates via programs, including awareness, acquisition and retention tactics to achieve business targets and revenue growth
• Monitoring and reporting on Competitors Affiliate Campaigns and Promotions Digital Marketing, Partner Relationships, ROI, Campaigns, Promotions & Affiliate Marketing
• Liaising with vendors capable of running performance campaign on programmatic, display, video etc
• Experience in US / CA / UK / AU market will be added advantage

Requirements:

• 6+ Yrs of Experience inAffiliateMarketing
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
• Google Analytics Knowledge
• Strong analytical skills
• Great excel knowledge
• Self-starter
