Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, AMS
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skill and advanced knowledge on excel. You will be responsible to work on the data validation from various Erp and reporting tools and validate the same with various excel formulas. Communicate with stakeholders to address issues and concerns. Finally, take action on feedback provided. Good knowledge on Supply Chain management.
Responsibilities
- Experience on MS Office.
- Strong Communication skills Good command over verbal & written English.
- Experience in customer facing/ Service industry.
- Logical/ Analytical set of mind.
- Strong in Excel / Advance Excel.
- Good Knowledge in Siebel CRM.
- Excel Dashboard s.
- Monthly review with the customer.
- Good Co-ordination with the BMET & the Site Leads on IB Maintenance.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Experience in Supply chain and end to end knowledge.
- Graduation in any stream except Commerce
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written and Spoken
Preferred qualifications
- Well versed with MS Excel and basic knowledge on MS access
- Understanding of Supply chain
- Familiarity with SQL , excel Macro and Access database
- Knowledge on any digital tool
