Designation: - AVP Manufacturing
Location:- GURGAON
Qualification: - BE/B.Tech. Mechanical
Experience Require: 20 to 25 Years in field of Sheet metal processing and machines manufacturing
Salary: - 18-24 LPA (depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage Production and Maintenance function
2. Ensure that commitment to the customer on Quality, Cost & Delivery is met
3. Ensure strong process discipline & quality orientation across the manufacturing operations
4. Continuously benchmark and improve process and methods to improve productivity & quality
5. Maintain periodic MIS related to Production and implement corrective actions for improvement.
6. Ensure ERP implementation for smooth functioning of manufacturing
7. To maintain the 5S & Lean on shop-floor and deploy & maintain ISO systems.
8. To lead and drive on cost saving by efficient use of Energy and Processes.
9. To ensure the Safety on shop-floor and foster hazard free environment.
Expectations:
1. Lead the overall manufacturing operations as role model
2. Expected to be guide and mentor for the entire team under his command
3. Expected to maintain a good harmonious relationship with the workers
4. Sensitive to customer needs and committed to Quality, Cost and Delivery
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Should have managed medium manufacturing/plant operation as Head or Plant Manager
2. Preferred industrial background from Machine building or equipment manufacturing. Target companies :
3. Exposure in the field of welding, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, powder coating.
4. Preferred to be conversant with manufacturing excellence concepts viz. 5S, Lean, 6 sigma, etc.
5. Should have good planning, organizing and controlling skills
6. Should be good on managing industrial relation and conflict resolution
7. Should have Good interpersonal and communication skill with personality full of energy, intelligence and attitude
8. Awareness of ISO-9000 & ISO-14000 and also expected to be Computer savvy having ERP knowledge.
