Job Description

Manage the allocation of the requirements to the right developers and meet the time to market requirements of the product team.
Ability to release a quality product that meets the quality control and assurance criterion set up by the product management and quality teams.
Must ensure that the team follows the processes setup by the organization in an agile environment.

Deliver the product to specification.
On-Time delivery of the product.
Hire and groom developers with low turnover (attrition)

Handle escalations from customers/internal stakeholders/investors
