Roles and Responsibilities

• Spearhead and independently work on P&M valuation mandates
• Work on financial models / sale comparable models, FAR registers etc. for Building, Plant & Machinery
• Carry out market research based on valuation requirements towards Building, Land, Plant & Machinery
• Client interaction, presentation to Clients on valuations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum work experience 1 to 2 years
• Civil engineering degree graduate / postgraduate
• Report writing skills, articulation, presentation skills
• Experience in Valuation of land, building, plant and machinery
• Having good analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
• IOV registration P&M will be an added advantage
