Problem Solving & Analysis Understand Business problems and arrive at solutions through data-driven structured problem-solving. Role will include periodic ad hoc analysis basis business priorities
Own Business Intelligence Be the go-to person for Business Intelligence through a deep understanding of Databases, Skillful Data extraction, and Developing pertinent Business Metrics. Build frameworks, dashboards and formulate processes for operational and management reporting.
Drive Projects with Product & Engineering Teams, Liaise with Product Engineering teams to develop products to aid improve Business Intelligence
Data Modeling Use Statistical methods and processes for data analysis and modeling.

Requirement / Desired Skills

3+ years of experience in working as an Analyst in BI teams Consulting Analytics Firms
Expert knowledge of data manipulation languages such as SQL. Advanced knowledge of modeling tools such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS
Established expertise in designing new dashboards, identifying right metrics, layout displays proficiency in building dashboards on Tableau Power BI using best practices and intuitive visualization
5-7 years work experience in analytics/data science or related field
At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience on data manipulation tools like SQL, R, SAS, Python, Excel, Spark, Scala, etc. (Big Data Tools)
Hands-on experience on BI Platforms like Power BI, Tableau etc.
Excellent knowledge of statistical measurement frameworks (measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, significance testing etc.)
Excellent knowledge of machine learning techniques for Regression, Classification etc.
