Job Description

Proven ability in defining scalable IA and converting them to actionable deliverables
Hand-on UI Design skills in Sketch, Principle or equivalent Industry Standard Design Softwares
Obsessive attention to detail
Strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX Design process
Prior experience in working closely with Product Management Teams
Strong written and oral communication skills, especially Design Communication
Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger Project team
Degree from an accredited institution in Design, HCI or related field
A Strong Portfolio demonstrating all of the above
Prior experience with micro-animations and motion graphics
Ability to perform User Research and quick dipsticks
Ability to analyse user feedback and create actionable reports from UT Influence business-wide discussions
in creating delightful end-user-experience and lead the effort to deliver the same
Prior experience in bridging UX - Engineering and Product Management Teams
Ability to Lead design efforts and junior designers
