Sourcing profiles from job portals, Linkedin, referrals
Scheduling candidates for telephonic or video interviews
Creating a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for various vacancies
Coordinating with clients for interviews
Negotiating with clients and candidates regarding salary etc
Closing open positions for clients
Skills:
Good communication skills
Good inter-personal skills
Hard working and goal-oriented
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Persuasive, confident, self-motivated and goal oriented
1 - 3 years experience in recruitment - IT & Non-IT.
Should be able to work independently
Candidates from recruitment agencies are preferred.
