Job Description

Position: Azure DevOps Support Engineer
Experience: 2+ years in IT, 1+ years in Azure support
Shift Timings Rotational/Night (Has to be Flexible in working hours)
Role & Responsibility:
The person should be responsible for co-ordination between DevOps Core team, Support team and Product Development team. He / She should track DevOps task, do follow-up and provide basic support on technical front.
Skill:
Strong knowledge of application development processes, DevOps, and Agile methodologies
Strong communication and personal skills, both written, verbal.
Has worked in support project and manage task and delivery
Strong in documentation, support manual etc.
Good to have Azure Cloud Services knowledge
Knowledge of Windows Azure Platform, Operating System (Windows & Linux), Virtualization, Networking experience
Knowledge of DevOps best practices and approach together with implementation.
Knowledge of networking engineering, including DNS, Active Directory, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
Knowledge of best practices for IT operations in an always-on, always-available service model for e.g. Azure Site recovery, Backup, Monitoring & Maintenance.
Maintain and provide support for all IT infrastructure Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support and troubleshooting
Strong communication and personal skills, both written, verbal.
