Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Entrepreneurship development programmes
2. Artisan cluster development and skilling programmes across the State of AP
3. Industry engagement to bring in technical and financial assistance to undertake artisan cluster enhancement and stream linking EDP. o Industry survey analysis for sectoral focus across geographies.
Key Skills: Minimum Skill Requirement:
Experience of working on large scale skill development projects with industry linkage engagement
Experience of Carrying out Placement Linkages and tie-ups for placement linkages with Industry
Working with industry in CSR Linkages
Experience of Carrying out Skill Gap assessment studies by carrying out research and/or working closely with the Industry
Good to have Skills:
Good English WRS skills
Good reporting writing, presentation and excel skills
Prior experience of working in a consultancy, government client facing projects will be preferable
Minimum Qualification with Years of Exp. Requirement:
MBA / PGDM / MSW with 7 years of experience.
