Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and evaluation of various Projects of state skill development schemes
2. Monitoring and evaluation of entire lifecycle of the students across schemes.
3. Proposals for various CSR and industry
4. Involved in preparing EOIs and RFPs for selection of Training Partners for implementation of various skill development training programs
5. Bid Management
Key Skills: Minimum Skill Requirement:
Experience of working in projects in the area of monitoring and evaluation of Skill Development programme
Experience of overseeing / hands on experience in the training aspects such as Skill gap analysis, Candidate
Mobilization, Training content finalization, Training Schedule preparation, Assessments, Placements and post placement activities
Experience of working in the SDPs using web-based monitoring and evaluation tools
Experience in preparation of Reports pertaining to SDPs.
Experience in liaising with RDAT / SSCs and Assessing Bodies for Assessment & Certification of skill trained youth
Good to have Skills:
Good English WRS skills
Good reporting writing, presentation and excel skills
Prior experience of working in a consultancy, government client facing projects will be preferable
Minimum Qualification with Years of Exp. Requirement:
MBA / PGDM / MSW with 7 years of experience.
