Job Description

Responsible for production of Paneer Cheese. (Entire training will be imparted).Must have clear understanding of milk valves, pumps, Co-agulation process, CIP of entire plant, hygiene practice, etc

Dairy technician must have adequate knowledge to periodically maintain the utilities such as steam boiler, Water chilling machine, air compressor, Water R.O Plant, PHE, Chillers, Vacuum packaging machines, etc and trouble shoot the operational issues (Mechanical and Electrical). Motors, Pumps, seals, pipelines, etc to be taken care off. The candidate has to supervise the production as well. Training shall be provided.
