Position: L1 Support Engineer

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 Years


Job description:


  • Ticket management for L1 support requests related to access provisioning, issues related to tool availability, user issues and additional user access enablement
  • Liaise with L2 / L3 support teams and Global Process Managers (GPM) for the resolution of L2 / L3 category issues
  • Scheduled / un-scheduled system downtime and outage communications
  • Stay up-to-date on all known issues / workarounds
  • Assist GPM with driving necessary vendor action on case backlog/escalations

Analytics:


  • Manage reporting requests across various queues / processes supported
  • Status reports, issue tracking and analytics in relevant formats PPT, Excel, JIRA etc.

Release Management:

  • Support BAT and UAT activities during release testing
  • Provide war room support during release normalization
  • Prioritization of war room issues, bugs and backlogs

Competencies/Skill Sets:


  • Able to draw process flows and understand the changes
  • Strong ability to collaborate and bridge various support groups to ensure all tasks are completed
