• Generate ESO (Export Sales Order) in SAP system as per PI / Sales order given by sales team.
• Creation of deliveries and export documents such as export invoice, packing list etc. for clearance of shipments
• Create tractor serial nos. for merchant trade
• Co-ordination with various plants to effective plan of day to day dispatches within vessel schedules and prior to LC last shipment dates.
• Arranging pre-shipment inspection country regulation and consignee requirements.
• Co-ordination with shipping line/forwarders for vessel and container bookings as per dispatch schedule.
• Co-ordination with transporters for arranging trailers.
• Planning schedules for dispatches from sub manufacturers.
• Accountability for dispatches done as per schedule.
• Follow-up with C.H.A. for completion of formalities of custom authorities.
• Co-ordination with transporter, C.H.A. and shipping line to ensure container movement.
• Keep track of the containers until it??s on board on vessel.
• Co-ordination with C.H.A. and shipping lines for special approval (VIA / SSR Permission) from port authority for movement of critical container.
• Ensure to get bill of lading and other documents from shipping line, forwarders, and C.H.A within stipulated time.
• Merchant country trade related activities and follow up for documents such as original B/L, invoice, packing list, EPA details as per emission norm (if shipment pertains to US)

4-5 yrs of experience . Handling export documentation, with knowledge of SAP, Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, MIS. Decent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
