Job Description

BMC ITSM Developer/Administrator

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.

5+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix experience.

1. Perform system maintenance and resolve issues reported by helpdesk team.

2. Make recommendations for major application installations/upgrades.

3. Maintain Remedy/Helix Life Cycle support, configuration control, change management and several other logistics functions.

4. Handle all development requirements as per business requirements on several tasks that includes but not limited to developing custom forms, report writing, and strong custom coding creation.

5. Responsible for the ITIL and ITSM process flows within the system.

6. Work directly with the Remedy/Helix Engineers for reporting issues.
