Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Lead small, product focused, scrum team Design and develop solutions to complex customer use-cases and issues Serve as a technical expert on the design and architecture of new Data Supply Chain platform Work closely with other internal teams (e.g. Product, IT, Engineering) to ensure that any product issues are clearly communicated and resolved in upcoming releases.
Perform root cause analysis for technically complex issues with the goal of resolving the problem Provide documentation and training on the use and support new Data Supply Chain platform to other internal teams as necessary
Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience 7 years experience developing and maintaining applications
Experience leading small agile development team Must have strong development skills in the following areas/languages: Python -
Required Spark - Required Kafka or (AWS SNS SQS) - Required SQL - Required Cloud Computing - AWS/GCP - Required Snowflake - Preferred EMR - Preferred Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem assessment/solving skills
Experience working with large datasets and manipulating schemas Demonstrate ability to build trust and rapport with customers and team members (both inside the immediate team and the wider organization). Well organized, disciplined and able to manage time and priorities effectively Strong oral and written communication skills; you will write in a clear fashion and be able to articulate complicated interactions in unambiguous terms
