CANDIDATES WITH IMMEDIATE JOINING TO MAXIMUM 7 DAYS, MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, FLUENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE ONLY PREFERRED.

MINIMUM 3 YEARS GRADUATION IS REQUIRED.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are heard and are engaged with our brand   
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries 
• Provide pricing and delivery information to customers
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organise workflow to meet customer time frames and take ownership and accountability
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
• Manage customers' accounts and keep records of customer interactions and transactions along with the details of inquiries, comments, complaints and the action taken 
• Communicate, coordinate and work collaboratively with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in handling customer service operations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work confidently
• Ability to think logically and multitask along with good problem-solving skills
