REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and experience on Microservice Architecture (MSA) is a must. Should be able to peer review the code. Should have troubleshooting and debugging skills. Thorough knowledge & experience of ITSM processes & tools Good presentation and communication skills Open for 24x7 availability & working in rotational shifts. Proactive Contribution, Process Adherence, Autonomous task delivery, Automations & Optimization for reducing the ticket count. Working on Changes & problems to ensure Root cause of the issue is fixed. Technical Skills: Operating systems: UNIX, Linux/Solaris, Windows. Programming Languages: Java, J2EE, JavaScript Database Tools: Relational Database preferably Oracle/PostgreSQL CI/CD Concepts, Three or more of: Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Docket, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet, Gulp, Grunt, Ansible Development Frameworks & Tools: Spring Boot,JSF,ELB Version Control System: Git, BitBucket Collaboration & project mgmt. ATC tool stack like JIRA, confluence Cloud: AWS
RESPONSIBILITIES: The person will be responsible for managing day to day operations for various applications. Responsible to work & resolve INC/SR/CHG/PR as part of daily routine work within the SLAs. Responsible for daily monitoring & health-check of the applications, batch jobs etc. Responsible for Pro-actively identifying any issues & resolve them. Responsible to Create/update/maintain relevant operations related documentation to ensure knowledge is retained in the team. Responsible to deliver fantastic customer delivery & team collaboration for ensuring seamless operations. Responsible to attend daily/weekly/monthly team/client meetings as required. Responsible to ensure proper hand-over of responsibilities/tasks while shifts end to the next shift team members. Responsible to setup/update/modify the monitoring setup to pro-actively catch & fix system abnormalities. Responsible to work on development tasks/stories as & when required. Responsible for bug-fixing, rollouts & change implementation
