Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Talent Marketing
In this role, you will be driving compelling and impactful talent marketing strategies across our key business areas. This role will require you to be extremely self-driven, consultative, and well-networked with multiple functional teams in the organization.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver an effective recruitment marketing strategy across all recruitment channels to attract, engage, nurture, and convert a strong talent pipeline.
Amplifying Genpact employer brand and reputation across all candidate-facing channels in design and message (including internal and external channels)
Manage the Genpact Career site and other talent marketing platforms and vendor relationships (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Job boards, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
Drive the vision to ensure the Genpact candidate experience is one of the best.
Oversee the recruitment marketing funnel metrics across all channels and measure, analyze and evaluate the sources and tactics that produce the best hires for the organization
Discover current trends and understand emerging marketing strategies to keep us one step ahead
Engage with HR and business leaders to understand current business trends that could affect changes in branding strategy
Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, partner with Marketing, support business leaders and work with vendors to make big things happen
Inspire employees to create and share their stories and employer reviews, amplifying Genpact s employer brand reach and influence throughout the candidate journey
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree required
Proven related Business experience
Prior experience leading a talent and recruitment marketing effort
Preferred qualifications
Experience across Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment, and Digital marketing.
Understanding of recruitment, resourcing, talent management, and retention processes.
Proven expertise in using digital marketing and knowledge of social and digital channels to help attract and retain top talent while positioning the company as an employer of choice to prospective hires.
Hands-on experience of working on the latest tools like Hootsuite, CRM, Taleo (ATS), Contently, etc.
Excellent project management skills, including a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with focused attention to detail.
Articulate and effective communicator with excellent team-building and interpersonal skills; work well with individuals at all levels.
