Job Description
You will be responsible for leading the following Resiliency efforts:
- Disaster Recovery
- Establish standards for conducting DR tests
- Coordinate large scale line of business DR activity
- Maintain and execute DR test schedule
- Collaborate with Application teams
- Setup framework for an end to end data center DR
- Close alignment with the SQM team on testing
- Compliance
- Centralized exceptions tracking
- Centralized compliant configuration
- Automation
- Automate DR for all infrastructure towers
- Collaborate with Application teams to integrate application automation
- Reduce manual errors
- Reduce RTO
- Reduce TCO of DR activity
SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in supervising/managing teams
- Experience in s Financial institution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership and cross functional collaboration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and facilitation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks
